Terms of Service

1. Account registration

To use the Services, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services for your personal or business purposes in line with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may only add websites and connect platforms that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Integrations and publishing

When you connect a platform such as WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, beehiiv, Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you authorize Bloge to access that platform on your behalf to the extent needed to provide the Services, including publishing articles and reading performance data. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

Bloge publishes content according to the settings you choose. You are responsible for reviewing your publishing settings and for the content that appears on your website.

4. AI generated content

• Bloge uses artificial intelligence to plan and write articles. AI generated content may contain mistakes or inaccuracies, and similar content may be produced for other users.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before or after it is published and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your audience.
• Bloge does not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic or business result.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Services and, to the extent permitted by law, of the articles generated for your account ("User Content"). You grant Bloge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and distribute User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services for you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of your User Content.

6. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. Prices, article limits and included features are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
• If your plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused article allowances do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
• We may change our prices with advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Generate, upload or publish content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, deceptive or otherwise objectionable.
• Add websites or connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks connected to them.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, or bypass usage limits or security measures.
• Resell, reverse engineer or copy the Services without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and all related materials, including software, text, graphics and logos, but excluding User Content, are the property of Bloge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written permission.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Services in a way that could harm Bloge, other users or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bloge does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloge, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page and changing the date above. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
