• Account information: when you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company details and the websites you add to Bloge.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details such as your plan, billing country and the last four digits of your card, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Website and content data: when you add a website, Bloge reads its publicly available pages to learn your products, audience and tone of voice. We also store the topic plans, drafts and articles created for you.
• Integration data: when you connect a platform such as WordPress, Webflow, Ghost or beehiiv, we store the access credentials or tokens needed to publish on your behalf. When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we read performance data such as search queries, clicks, impressions and page traffic for the properties you authorize.
• Usage information: we automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and actions taken.
• Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme) and understand how the Services are used.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Services: analyzing your website, planning topics, generating articles and publishing them to the destinations you choose.
• To improve your results: using connected Search Console and Analytics data to decide which topics to cover next.
• To process payments and manage your subscription, including free trials, upgrades and cancellations.
• To communicate with you: sending service updates, security notices and, where permitted, product news. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• To maintain and improve the Services, prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.

3. AI processing

Bloge uses large language models, including models provided by third parties, to analyze your website and generate content. The information sent to these providers is limited to what is needed to produce your topic plans and articles. We do not sell your data, and we do not allow our AI providers to use your content to train their models where the provider offers that choice.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers: we share information with trusted providers that help us run the Services, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, email delivery and payment processing (Stripe). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Platforms you connect: when you publish through an integration, the article and related metadata are sent to that platform under your account.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Bloge, our users or others.
• Business transfers: if Bloge is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which revokes our access to that platform.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to integration credentials. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

• Account information: you can review and update your account details in your account settings.
• Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
• Communication preferences: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email.
• Cookies: you can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Services may not work without them.

8. International transfers

Bloge and its service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
